At Elite Jewels , we strive to deliver your order in the quickest, safest, and most economical way possible. We process all orders within 3-4 business days of receiving them, the shipped packages get delivered within 5-10 days. We will do our best to get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Elite Jewels. We strive to provide you with high-quality products that exceed your expectations. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the procedures regarding the return and exchange of your purchased items.
1. Change of Mind:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or if you no longer want the product. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.
2. Damaged Product:
A 360º unboxing uncut video is compulsory from start to end without any edits or cuts within 24 hours of delivery to claim any complaints.
Please follow these steps to initiate a complaint:
2.1. Contact us:
Notify us by emailing elitejewels.in@gmail.com or contacting us on Instagram. Provide your name, order number, and detailed information regarding the damage or defect along with the unboxing video.
2.2. Exchange Authorization:
Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the situation and provide you with an exchange authorization if applicable.
2.3. Replacement:
Upon receiving the damaged item, we will inspect it. If the product is deemed to be damaged or defective as described, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. The return shipping & re-shipping charges need to be borne by you.
3. Non-Eligible Exchange:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
-Reasons such as product/colour looks different/ doesn't suit me/ size issues.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Any products purchased during the Sale Period.
- Free Products provided during the occasional Sale Period.
-Products damaged in transit by the shipping company.
If orders get returned due to incomplete/incorrect address/pincode or lost, we are not responsible for it.
If any product gets damaged in transit by the shipping company, we are not responsible for it. The issue can be raised to the shipping company, we can only provide a resolution as we receive the same from the shipping company. Returns/replacements/refund cannot be provided in this case.
